Mom is doing well. She had Physical Therapy today and says she is sore. Her pain meds make her sleepy and she can't stand the fact that she can't stay awake after she takes them. LOL
Ive been married for 24 years, and have three children. I have recently entered into the empty nest thing. At least for now.
My oldest is a Marine and is stationed in Biloxi, MS as an instructor.
My DD lives close by and is working full time.
My youngest is also A Marine. He's in the Reserves and will be back home in March to go to college.

I'm glad to hear that your mom is doing well, Melinda! I hate that sleepy feeling from pain pills too.
